Dr. Mohsin Qazi, a graduate of Poznan University of Medical Sciences, Poland in 2008, completed his residency at St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI, in 2013. With over a decade of medical practice, Dr. Qazi founded SynchronyMD with a mission to enhance healthcare accessibility through telemedicine solutions, using his expertise to positively impact patient care. 

Dr. Raveen Shenoi graduated from International American University in 2010. He completed residencies in Internal Medicine in 2013 and Emergency Medicine in 2017. Dr. Joel Kalavelil graduated from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in 2012. Following his residency at West Suburban Medical Center, he has amassed over a decade of valuable experience in the medical field. With a diverse background working at various hospitals, Dr. Kalavelil is committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Dr. Muhammad Khan is a specialized interventional cardiologist with extensive training and qualifications. He obtained his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan, and subsequently completed his residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis. Dr. Khan furthered his expertise through fellowship training in interventional cardiology and echocardiology at the University of Utah and the University of California San Francisco, solidifying his skills in advanced cardiovascular care.

Dr. Sanjay Kumar received his medical degree from Chandka Medical College in 2007, followed by a Pediatric residency at St. John Providence Children's Hospital in 2013. He completed a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Riley Hospital for Children. He has a particular focus on Eosinophilic esophagitis, Inflammatory bowel disease, and Celiac disease in his clinical practice. Experience Dr. Kumar's friendly and compassionate demeanor firsthand. Known for his attentive listening and patient-focused approach, he dedicates ample time to each individual's concerns.

Dr. Tahreem Aziz, graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 before completing her residency at Indiana University Ball Memorial Hospital in 2016. Renowned for her dedication to patient satisfaction, Dr. Aziz has been recognized as a Patient Satisfaction Champion from 2017 to the present.
